But, I have to admit, the bed at this place was very nice! I could've slept for days on that thing. And the shower? Wow! It was like a mini waterfall, super powerful and refreshing. Plus, the hotel had a kitchen area in the room, a big bonus. I mean, who doesn't love having the option to cook their own meals? the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was spot on. So even though the hotel itself was a bit meh, we still had a decent stay thanks to these few redeeming factors.

Our suite was way too dark, I mean who wants to stay in a cave? It was like we were sleeping in a dungeon.

Secondly, the rooms were beautifully furnished and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need, including a kitchen area which was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city center, allowing me to easily explore all that the surrounding area had to offer. And let's not forget to mention the delicious breakfast spread each morning, which provided the perfect start to my day.

After our flight got canceled, we arrived late and stressed, but they immediately put us at ease. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, with fluffy towels and luxurious bathrobes. The breakfast served in our room was exquisitely presented, and the staff even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The customer service we received here was the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had the most fantastic stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of the city center. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and even organized two all-day tours in wine country with lunch reservations. The tours were the highlight of my trip, with visits to amazing chateaus and private car and driver service. Breakfast was served in my suite every morning, with a delicious spread of food.
